The OCF Provincial Youth Bouldering Championships will be held at Boulderz Etobicoke on January 17th and 18th, and registration is now open at https://my.climbontario.ca/register.php?comp=29.

In order to register for this event, each athlete must:

• have already attended at least one bouldering local competition this season
• have had their birth date verified once by a member of the OCF Board (before the comp)
• have purchased a Series Membership (do this before registering for the comp)

In addition, in order to have their result counted at this event, each athlete must have shown proof of their citizenship to a member of the OCF Board.

Most athletes have already met all of these criteria. An email has been sent to all potentially eligible athletes who need to fulfill one of the above conditions, to alert them to what they need to do.

Please read the description of the event (posted at https://my.climbontario.ca/dates.php?id=29) carefully. Registration will close on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 10:00 pm, and no late registrations will be permitted. A detailed schedule, including the open/close times for the Isolation Zone for each category, will be posted soon after registration closes. Make sure you are aware of the Isolation Zone close time for your category, and plan to arrive well before that time. Latecomers will not be admitted after Iso closes.

We are expecting a record crowd for this event, and we are looking forward to a fantastic competition at Boulderz’ new facility!
