OCF directors each serve a 2-year term, overlapping such that 2 or 3 of the directors’ terms expire each year. New directors are elected each year at the Annual General Meeting.Â
The OCF Board meets once or twice a month. Meetings are held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
