OCF Judging Clinic combined (bouldering and difficulty)

The OCF is pleased to announce that we have added two more Judging Clinics for Bouldering and Difficulty judging for the upcoming 2018-2019 competitive season.

Date: Saturday, October 27th, 2018
Judging Clinic 1:

Location:

10:00 am – 12:00 noon approximately

Up the Bloc
1224 Dundas Street East Unit #28
Mississauga, ON L4Y 4A2

Judging Clinic 2:

Location:

2:00 pm – 4:00 pm approximately

True North Climbing
75 Carl Hall Road,
Unit #14 Downsview Park Sport Centre
Toronto, ON M3K 2B9

The clinics will be facilitated by Stephanie Tabbert, one of our OCF Jury Presidents.

The clinic is for those volunteers who would like to learn to judge Bouldering and Difficulty Climbing. It will be approximately 2 hours in length. If you have previously judged at OCF competitions and would like a “refresher” you are also invited to join the clinic.

Any competitive youth climber competing in second year B, A, Junior or Open or any student 14 years and older is also more than welcome to attend the clinic. This is a great way to get your volunteer hours for High School Graduation requirements and help out the climbing community.

Please email Laura Nuesken at volunteer@climbontario.ca if you plan to attend or have any questions, so that we can keep track of numbers.

*** If you want to judge at any OCF boulder or difficulty competition, you must attend a judging clinic that the OCF offers or have attended a prior judging clinic run by the OCF.

**** Each facility requires a current waiver for each participant at their location
