All athletes, coaches and parents should take care to ensure that they have met all of the requirements for competing at OCF Youth Difficulty Provincials by the deadline of Tuesday April 21st at 10pm:

• all athletes must be both registered and paid by this deadline
• all athletes must have a Series Membership by this deadline
• all athletes must have shown proof of citizenship to an OCF board member by this deadline

In addition all competitors and spectators must have a completed waiver form for True North Climbing; this can be completed online in advance at: Waivers for True North Climbing

All competitors in B, A, Junior and Open categories must have completed a lead climbing test at True North Climbing. We urge athletes to complete this well before the event. Those coming from out of town are asked to come to the gym for this on Friday evening.

Tracking all of this status information is a formidable task, and each competition there are athletes who wait until the very last minute to complete the requirements. Please help us by making sure everything is in order for all the athletes you feed or coach! The deadline will be strictly enforced, and we do not want to see anyone excluded because they forgot to register or pay on time.
