An OCF board meeting was held via conference call on Saturday, December 3rd at 9:30 a.m.
Attendees: Shaun Hunter, Kellen Tapley, Gillian Wyett, Malek Taleb, Lorraine Winger, Sheila Marks, Kari Robinson.
No motions were passed.
The following matters were discussed:
- Chair’s update
- Investigation of availability of group flight rates for nationals
- Debrief of the second local of the 2016/2016 series at Coyote Rock
- Plans for Youth Provincial Bouldering Championships and discussion re Open provincials
- Exemption policy
