Please arrive at gym in plenty of time for the Technical Meeting for your heat. Heats will start immediately following the conclusion of previous heat’s Final.

Note:  There is only one practice run for each category immediately preceding the Qualifying Races. The running order for practice round will be randomized and posted at gym. Competitors must remain in the competition area for the duration of their heat until eliminated.
