| 1) OCF to sanction at least one Speed Event in 2019/2020 Season 2) Series Rules amendment changing criteria for qualifications for Regionals in 2019/2020 Season to use OCF Series Points and take the top 10 athlete’s results for that discipline for each Youth category which is comprised of the two best results in that discipline. |
