At the OCF Board meeting on June 8th, 2014, the board appointed two new directors to fill vacancies:

Gillian Wyett of Toronto was appointed to fill the position whose term ends May 31, 2016. Gillian is a Chartered Professional Accountant with experience on other volunteer boards, and also a parent of three competitive youth climbers.

Malek Taleb of Kingston was appointed to fill the position whose term ends May 31, 2015. Malek has a background in Engineering, and is the owner of The Boiler Room climbing gym in Kingston. He has been climbing for 15 years and is involved in both youth and adult competitive programmes.

The OCF board wishes to thank all those who put their names forward to fill these vacancies, and plans to get all of them engaged in helping with the work of the organization!
