An OCF board meeting was held on Saturday, November 5th at 9:30 a.m. in Oakville

Director Appointment:

• Malek Taleb was appointed to the vacant director position. His term will end May 31, 2017.

Other issues discussed:

• Chair’s update
• Recap of local competition held at The Hub on October 22/23
• Discussion of the final round format and quota for the Open Provincial/National Series event
• Classification of Foreign Nationals who attend locals and/or provincials
• Confirmation of the head judge schedule for the series
